The Bergen Series is designed as a premium, full-spectrum infrared and red light therapy sauna experience. An extra-large Red Light Therapy panel is positioned directly in front of you for a full-body session alongside your sauna experience. Darker exterior and lighter interior panels of Canadian Hemlock create a warm, artistic contrast, with a natural wood laminate exterior finish and no added paint.

"Full spectrum" refers to the sauna's use of near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths together, rather than a single wavelength range. Each wavelength is generally associated with slightly different characteristics — near infrared is absorbed closer to the skin's surface, mid infrared penetrates further into soft tissue, and far infrared penetrates deepest and is most associated with the classic "sauna" heat sensation.
